General Contractor Registration	Any construction contractor in the state of Iowa, must be registered with the Iowa Division of Labor	Obtain an Iowa employer account number, submit certificate of insurance listing the Division of labor as the certificate holder for workers copensation coverage.	$25 dollar registration fee
