License required for anyone who supervises construction, remodeling, alteration, demolition, removal, structural elements of buildings less than 35,000 cubic feet of enclosed space, one and two family dwellings, buildings used for farming, retaining walls less than 10 feet in height 35,000 cubic feet. Two versions Unrestricted and restricted. Restricted means 2 family dwellings only. Unrestricted means anything within 35,000 cubic feet.

If you remodel you do not need a CS license just pay 150 for the license and 100 into a guarantee fund. If you have a CS license then you only need to pay 100 into the guarantee fund.
