DO NOT use BT Fredy Construction. Fredinant Mamo, the owner, is a liar and a thief. He built half my deck with crappy lumber and then left and has not come back and has not returned my calls. He also asked for his checks in his name so as to avoid paying taxes I would imagine. Stay away!!!!!!!

Hi, I am facing the same problem with my contractor who ran off with my $ 4000 and damaging my house. I didn't know about reporting him to the IRS and the town. Where do you report him in the town? I would appreciate any advice. Thanks.
