General Contractor Commercial	Commercial Specialty Contractors License	Four years of practical experience two of which in the last ten years, submit financial statement, must not have had a license refused or revoked within a year prior, pass exam on building, safety, health and lien laws of the state. Pass trade exam, Bonding depends on class and how much volume of work.	$400 annual license fee
Residential Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Contractor including solar C-39.	Residential work	Four years of practical experience two of which in the last ten years, submit financial statement, must not have had a license refused or revoked within a year prior, pass exam on building, safety, health and lien laws of the state. Pass trade exam, Bonding depends on class and how much volume of work.	$200 dollar annual fee, 300 dollar recovery fee.
